This is exactly what the area has needed since the closing of Pop's Drive-In! Even with a full dinning room and standing room only in the waiting area, we only had to wait ~10 minutes to be seated. Our server was prompt and our meal delivered rather quickly! Our party had a variety of offerings, all of which were well received! Shorty's has become a weekly treat for us!

If you want some good ole classic American food in a casual atmosphere, then this is your place. Breakfast and lunch only. The staff were all friendly, the service was timely, and the food was tasty. The 1950s retro decor helps create a happy, quirky vibe that adds to the experience. Don’t forget to snap a pic with Elvis while you’re here. As you can see, we were ahead of the lunch crowd. I plan accordingly.
